You'd need to own the domain "r4u" or whatever to get an email address like that, unless you use a site that has them especially.

I don't think you'd be able to just get one.

Buy a cheap domain and email package for around £5(?) and then just use that email. It'll be easier as you can get which ever you want, if it's available.
