Use anti fire pots:

Equipment:

- Dragonfire Shield
- D Scim/Dds/Whip
- Red gloves + boots
- Amulet of glory
- Full granite

Tbh dragons hit on rune easily

ive got the same range lvl as you...and i manage alright ranging them "/

the alternative to ranging would be to hally them from a safe spot

Bring a inv of sharks or monkfish.
