I don't agree with Emily being removed but on Big Brother's behalf, they had no other option but to do so, they're already tredding on thin ice.
it depends the way you look at it, from my point of view she was just saying sorry if she caused any problems before she left the house?

    I agree with charley.
Its kind of shockin that it just slipped out so casually.
I think charley acted well, she wasnt trying to make a big deal about it but you could tell it had offended her hence why it stayed on her mind.
Emily didnt act well afterwards, she should have apoligised and then not repeated the word trying to justify herself.
Dont think she should of been kicked out mind.

I dont like charley or emily much anyway.

Charley is trying to use this to her advantage for example in the bedroom to the others she was all like "I CNT TELL U WHAT SHE SAID BUT ITS REALLY BAD BUT WE WILL LEAVE IT AT" then a few minutes later "IT WAS WELL BAD". Shes an idiot. She knows what happend in CBB and now she thinks she is gonna be all popular because of this, She already has been discussing how its gonna be all over the papers. She think she is gonna be the winner because of some sort of "race row".
Emily did not mean to say it, But i believe it was right for big brother to eject her as she should of known to watch her language after CBB.

Firstly, I disliked Emily, so I'm not too fussed about her ejection.

She said I stupid stupid thing, trying her best to look "street", and it didn't work. She's obviously been around the word for it to have slipped out, and has had an ignorant enough upbringing to not fully understand the implications of the word. It's a HORRIBLE word. Whether or not a "word is just a word" doesn't matter, it means a great deal to some people and it's not fair to use it. I would never use the word around anyone, and I have similar objections to using words such as "gay" and "******ed" derogatorily (though as kids we seem to be brought up with those words and it's much harder to pull yourself out of the habit).

Big Brother was totally right to take her out of the house. Not only has it shown that this sort of thing won't be tolerated after the CBB fiasco, but it's saved Emily herself a hell of a lot of trouble. After saying that, there's no doubt votes for her would have surged and she would have certainly been evicted tomorrow. At 19 facing the boos and public jeers would have been character-breaking, and she didn't deserve to be hung out to dry. I honestly believe she didn't mean it, but that doesn't excuse her.

Some are saying it's all Charley's fault for going on about it. Well... yeah. She has a right. It was said to her and despite protesting she wasn't offended it obviously quite deeply affected her.

Call me a cynic though, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Emily was a plant in the house. Someone to make an example of very early on as well as generating good press for C4. I mean... they were all briefed before going in so there's no way you'd even think of using that word unless you had a clear intention to break the rules or were incredibly stupid. I'm not entirely sure which Emily is.

Yea I agree. Thats just made me think maybe Charley thinks after Emily calling her that, that Charley will look the innocent one and basically be like the new Shilpa how when she came out the house everyone cheered her etc etc.

Ha no. I mean she was pretty much boasting about the fact about whah appened and how she knew and couldn't tell anyone. She told Shabnam who then went outside to talk to Emily about it then Charley started having ago at her saying 'why are you bringing it up again'?

Seriously Charley anoys me so much. Get Her Out!

For Emily I can tell it was a slip of the tongue but BB did the right thing as they have to show that they aren't tolerating that kind of behaviour anymore.

After watching that last night, I hate Charley even more than I did before. She kept telling them to be quiet but then carrying on herself, she told Shabnam but then when Shabnam confronted Emily about it she told Emily that Shabnam had overheard? Err no you told her! Then in the bedroom constantly going on about it.. she clearly wanted her out & as people have said she thinks that she's going to win because of it. It's just not true, people have seen how she manipulated that situation to her own gain & I reckon she'll be out the first time she's up. She wasn't liked before she even opened her mouth, and with this and the arguement with Chanelle she'll be gone. Good riddens.

As for the whole situation, it was just a stupid thing to come out with in that type of atmosphere. BB are under close scrutiny and it's been warned that they can be shut down if anything else like the race row isn't dealt with in an acceptable way. I don't think she meant it viciously but still.. she did deserve to go because she's obviously naive if she thinks that wouldnt get her into trouble.

I despise Nicki for what she said, it may of been subtle, but from what I could decipher, she was trying to make it a big thing and acted like it was really offensive so Emily would be severely punished. I don't trust Nicki at all.

Why is it racist to call someone a monkey? As far as I know monkey isn't a race, it's a species of simian primate.
