It's stupid, any normal prisoner that was ill/sick would just be took some prison nurse, or maybe just took to suffer or something. And, then she gets taken out of prison?

I know shes famous and what not, but she still commited a crime and she should suffer like everyone else does, not let off with special treatment because shes some heiress or whatever.

She should only get the average 2 days that every DUI person gets.

But, the only "illness" her friend claimed she had was dry skin. :Sign10:

She was released because she had a "rash".

Now she went back to court because they wanted to know why she was released, she's been sent back to prison serving 45 days now, not 23

Well shes hardly some sort of mass murderer.

The prison system is over-crowded at the moment in America and many inmates who have commited "less serious" crimes such as Paris often only face up to 10% of their sentence. It's a common occurence for many of these people only to spend 3-7 days in prison out of a whole sentence. However, due to Paris' status - when this has happened to her it's bein classed as favouritism and unjust.

The simple fact of the matter is, this reduced sentencing (although wrong) happens to normal criminals every day - but because of her celebrity status she is being punished furthermore.

I feel because of Paris' status they are also perhaps trying to make an example of her, simply to show they will punish celebrities etc.

She said she will serve it out this time. And drs. said that she was on the verge on the emotional breakdown.
