Wow everyone is away.
There is plenty of management sierk could of done it.
It saves wayne having to do 30 + people doing it as #Danny said, and it would keep people like me happy if it could be removed.

Yes, but it's not just me moaning it's quite alot of people.
I was just saying he should of hired someone to keep people happy.

theres only a few people moaning really, and it's very stupid. i don't understand why people can't stand a few red blocks in their usercp.
i'm not saying they shouldn't hire someone, it would be a good idea.. but, it's red blocks on a virtual forum.

Well it just goes to show what an efficent, dedicated and hardworking member of staff Wayne is that he was missed so much. Hope the people that are now complaining have +repped him for his great work throughout the year. He is not one to complain or ask for help - he just gets on with the job.

Another management could of done it in there spare time tbh. There's enough management. fair play they have to stick to there own sections but it would help someone helping out wayne and doing some of his jobs while he was away? When he come back the VIP thread he had to do about 30 people and that's making the html code for some aswell and sub-forums and rep etc etc. Someone could of helped him out.

Err no, there's kind of not enough management. There are two members of management online and not away from exams during that period, one being me but I also had personal problems so didn't have much spare time, and the other being J1MI who was pretty much singlehandedly ran the forum. So management had enough to do

You are the one complaining, maybe not moaning but yes complaining. I don't see the sense in hiring an admin just to do rep problems? They need an alternative job function, especially for when Wayne gets back

Like I said, it makes no sense to have a temporary admin.

I promise, you will not explode if the -rep is there for a week or two more =]
