Coding side of that, I think it'd be a nightmare. Design is OK, as it's your first. I mean, everybody's first wasn't great. Practise you'll get better!

Go away, I didn't act all 'large' about it. I just said that it wouldn't be a nightmare, it is possbile to code things with scanlines as the background, I admit I couldn't code it but im sure it would be pretty easy for someone else to :|
