Sometimes blood in your semen is a sign of an STD or Prostate Cancer which is obviously very serious. However, its likely that this isnt the case. A doctor would be the best person to see, or a Urologist. Make sure that everythings okay. They will run some tests and if they cant see anything wrong tell them about the "Getting hit in the knackers" story. Im sure that has something to do with it.

Here is an example of someone who had blood in their semen;

they figured that I suffered from an injury to the perineum, a place that separates ****** and scrotum and that it was probably the cause of the blood presence in the semen. They advised me to come back if I experienced the problem again but I had only some brown discoloration for the next couple of days and it was all over then. I haven’t experienced it afterwards.
