other managers have coped.... why is it only him who makes things worse?Begin honest anyone in ---MAD's--- position would find it difficult, ---MAD--- has brought the forum to what it is today. Look at it this way no matter who is in control they will get criticised, look at the governments of the world, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown, George Bush, they all get criticised and people tell them they are doing a bad job but you don't know how hard it is until you are in their position, what the management need is the forum to accept that they are doing the best they can and you cannot pile all the problems you have on one person, even though there are no huge problems at the moment anyway if there was you can't blame it on ---MAD---.
For my perspective the management are doing fine and I don't see how you can blame ---MAD--- and expect firing him will help as he is exceptionally good at technical and management sides of the forum, if ---MAD--- was fired, the staff and management system would suffer.
what hasn't he made worse?
- he fires the best staff
- he ignores the majority of ideas members say
- he doesn't usually allow freedom of speech. e.g. posting that you're going on holiday when other people start arguements in the thread
- he bans people when other people start stuff
I doubt MAD has made the forum what it is.The forum today is what it was like when we had Baving has FM. (The manager ppl liked)
Level 70 Night Elf Rogue ~ Kilrogg
Level 70 Draenei Shaman ~ Kilrogg
Level 70 Blood Elf Mage ~ Dunemaul
Level 70 Night Elf Druid ~ Kilrogg
Level 50 Draenei Paladin ~ Kilrogg
The forum was much better when baving ran it. MAD has made it much worse.
Tony Blair and George Bush were chosen by the people though, when they were chosen they were chosen because they were popular and their ideas were popular amongst the people of their country. MAD was not chosen by the members, MAD's ideas are not necessarily liked by the members. Of course, everyone and everything gets criticism but there is no way you can liken MAD to world leaders.Begin honest anyone in ---MAD's--- position would find it difficult, ---MAD--- has brought the forum to what it is today. I mean banned for making a thread in which people argue?
The ban guide says "use your common sense".
I agree whole-heartedly. We should at least have SOME say in who the AGM/GMs are, since they are the ones who are going to be telling us what to do, bringing in new rules etc etc.Tony Blair and George Bush were chosen by the people though, when they were chosen they were chosen because they were popular and their ideas were popular amongst the people of their country. Sammeth.
i personally agree with all the statements on voting for a new GM
we should have a say, because lets face it, without the actual members, this forum would be nothing
