Thumbs down Man City ~ Takeover

    Thanks to bbc sports

Sven-Goran Eriksson has been offered the Manchester City manager's job - providing former Thai PM Thaksin Shinawatra completes his takeover.

Erikssson's agent Athole Still claimed reports that the Swede had held two rounds of talks with Thaksin's representatives were "total rubbish".
But BBC Sport understands an offer has been put to the Swede, dependant on the proposed takeover.

Have you ever seen Sven's domestic record? I can tell you it's a hell of a lot better than his England record. And at least he will be able to attract top players to us, like Owen who is rumoured to be (if he gets the job) his first buy, unlike Norwich who have to buy ex Man City players who couldn't cut it out in the Premiership like Huckerby.

its not about records its about what he does for your club...
owen will not join manchester city when united are apparently to be after him, darren huckerby is better than half of your players because most of your team couldnt hit a barn door last season..

Can i just bump this thread. Its funny looking back on it

Its only 5 games or something, but they're doing quite well, and they've scored a goal at Home and although they may have lost 2 on the bounce, i think they will finish at least top 10.
