So why are you not banned atm then? We only ban people that break the forum rules. If you "speak against them" in an appropriate matter then its fine . People who get banned or fired do not usually say the whole story. We don't really need a reason to fire someone but for obvious reasons we don't fire loads of staff for no reason. If we feel that member is not suitable for the job then we can replace him/her.

Yes you can fire, but the thing which annoys people is why are people fired for small reasons/speaking against management etc, maybe you'll do a good job, You seem a nice guy when people talk to you but as I have said, the Catszy thing really made me think differently about you..

If you think I literally meant you have posted about it for 6 months then your more naive than you make yourself appear... It was quite clearly a generalised exaggeration. You may think otherwise - but I don't actually care about you enough to know exactly how long you've been fired. However, I know it's been a few months anyway considering it feels like a lifetime since I've heard you moaning about it...
