Yea but there is only so much detail developers can go into really, could you imagine the amount of work it'd take to give every car it's specific year aswell as the rest being random so you wont get two cars with the same plate?

I hope with GTA4 they'll make it so cars get dirty after a while if not exposed to water

I'm sure in GTA SA they got dirty? I remember going to pay n' sprays and seeing dirty on white cars near the bottom, but afterwards it disappeared. I also think some cars had dirty, some didn't?

I think some cars where dirty has a paint job, maybe they'll improve on that, we'll see when they release it really, hopefully a demo comes out soon

Hopefully they'll make it so you can park cars at the road side, without them 100% disappearing.

Something similar to VC and VCS where you can run businesses wouldn't go amiss either.

If you've played SAMP they have a mod where there is a fuel meter and I think it would be a brilliant addition.

They ain't doing the business thing, read it in Playstation magazine. They interviewed Rockstar and they said the whole 'rags to riches' makes the concept unrealistic.
