    Default Blending Effects?

    I was wondering how to create the effect in the ClubHabbo Fourm Banner as shown below. To be specific I mean How is the forum image blended into the blue:

    View Layers
    Right click the layer
    Then blending options
    Then change the top value to around 50%

    In the layers panel Right click go to Blending Options> And lower the optamacy
