i just ask my mum for money when i want it or ask her to buy me something. i'd rather ask for money when i want it than just get it each week/month because then i'd probably just waste it.

I don't get a fixed allowance. Mum gives me money if I ask for it, say to buy something to eat when I am at work or if I am going to the cinema or w/e.
