at night, this only happens when I sleep, if I stay up all night it doesn't happen.

But i get soooo hot, like REALLY hot, at night, for no reason whatsoever, the a/c is on along with my ceiling fan, and even if I don't sleep underneath my covers I still get hot.


anyone got an explanation for it and how i can stop it?

Try putting a damp cloth on your head?

You could carve a big block of ice and turn it into a bed? hehe

I suggest sticking your feet and hands out of the quilt, as thats where most heat escapes from, as well as your head. When i get really hot in summer i do that and it seems to work

thats what I used to have. It just went away. I slept without my covers on and just fell asleep, even tho u do get swetty its not like a disease.
