where i live it's pretty much unheard of for anyone to be having sex before the age of like 18.
it'a a christian place and even tho most of the young people aren't religious, they just seem to take longer than most people to do certain things.

you should have learnt from the first pregnancy and used protection - and if you did use it, you must be doing something wrong or the condoms snapping.

you should also encourage the person who ur having sex with to go on the pill just incase she gets pregnant or w.e
