Will somebody please just have the guts to actually put some names forward?!?

And Hollywood, not all 14 year olds have their voices broken. If we were to include an age limit, because of voice, it would be discrimination

People aren't just hired because they have a deep voice...

They are hired because of the quality of their application, their experience, and their apparent ability which can be seen from their voice clips and application content.

We aren't going to turn good DJs away because they have high voices!

Are you serious? They are girls....

Girls cannot help their voices being high as it is a part of their physical characteristics. Unless you are inferring them to just be bad DJs, in which case I disagree completely, as will many others.

Well I just randomly picked names because I don't know any of the DJ's as I only spend about 10 minutes listening to the radio to be turned away in disgust, Maybe if you listen to the radio more often then you may agree with me.

And @ Earthquake, thats exactly what's wrong, you haven't got a clue who you are actually talking about. You've just whacked the names of a couple of very very good DJs down, and totally debased them without any possible back up for it.

If you gave me some Djs names, and a list of their faults, fair enough. But name dropping is just silly...
