Free webs don't do it. I have no idea which one does and i need one.

Couldn't you just compress it then upload it as a zip.

Why would u need to upload exe's anyway o.0
Also i think the big list of free upload sites is stuck somewhere, at least some of the hosts will alow you to host exes.

Although the best solution most people use is to simply place the exe files in a zip and allow people to download that "/

What part of giving help did you not read? RapidShare is free, and as far as I can see, adding in additional comments to help you with other options is helping too.
