I hired you before. You are worthless. You give members unwanted welcomes, you can't manage a forum correctly. You give unfair punishment to poeple who never broken a rule.

Overall, you can't manage a forum. Learn to take criticism Jake. Don't like it? Then leave habbox forum. If not, then put up with it.

Be more mature, gain respect and more importantly learn how to manage a forum.

I'm not saying this for the fun of it but I have had a hell of allot of poeple work for me and I honestly can say Jake is the worst manager/staff I have ever came across.

And no problem. I just hope Jake realizes that he can't tell other users to grow up when he can't take criticism him self. I can't wait for his reply. We shall see how professional he can get and his maturity.

When I put him under administration as I was getting too many reports that he was banning poeple for no reason he went bonkers and typed in capitals for at least 3 hours with 'weird' slang. 'OMGZ U CNT DO DAT'

I hope you have improved on your English Jake and show if you have become a more professional under pressure manager.
