Training, as jagex have brought this **** knocking new pest control out theres no good worlds. So need some ideas on where to train and what, range and mage is what im training.

There are Greater Demons galore here. They can drop level three clue scrolls, which means you could get anything from a handful of runes to a Zamorak Platebody or Robin Hood Hat, or Rune Full Helmets and various other drops.
Awesome experience and INCREDIBLE loot make this spot more than worth doing. Do not forget to bring a load of telekinetic grab runes. Worthwhile grabs are: chaos runes, death runes, rune full helms, dragon items, clue scrolls, half keys, and gems. You need to have started and partially completed Watch Tower quest to gain access.

Greaters are in the dungeon south of yanille.
You could also train doing slayer
(Not saying that coz im a slayer addict 
) lol
