HABBO HELP TOOL - WTH?

CHRIST, at the begining of the month I tried to reset my passwords to my accounts but it tells me there is either a maintenance break or the browser has timed out. - LIES.

I try AGAIN a couple of days later - NOTHING

and yes I tried another option ie complain about a bug and it WORKED so WTH?

NOW I go to use the help tool to try yet again and its come up with a white screen and aload of dribble?

Can anyone PLEASE fill me in on what has happened/happening?

or advise me WHERE I can reset my passwords.

Clear your temp internet files or use another browser

tools > delete browsing history > delete all
