I'm not stressed I actually enjoy debating.
I’ll be a story in your head, but that’s okay, because we’re all stories in the end. Just make it a good one, eh? Because it was, you know. It was the best. A daft old man who stole a magic box and ran away. Did I ever tell you that I stole it? Well, I borrowed it. I always meant to take it back. Oh, that box, Amy, you’ll dream about that box. It’ll never leave you. Big and little at the same time. Brand-new and ancient and the bluest blue ever. And the times we had, eh? Would had…Never had. In your dreams, they’ll still be there. The Doctor and Amy Pond and the days that never came.

I've said it was stupid and i don't plan on doing it again, but i don't think it's fair to say i put people at risk.
because we made sure it was an area and time when and where there would be no people about. And i had agreed to pull over if i saw someone.
and i don't think it's fair to make out i'm a complete danger to the public either. I've driven with him loads of times over the past 4 months, literally a few times a week. It was a one off accident, everyone has them.
    helen.

    It is your fault.

He should take the blame for it but have you pay all the damages to the car and if his insurance goes up.

It was your fault and he shouldn't have to be that responsible. He was letting you drive his car and you crashed it.

That is how stuff like that works out at least where I live. One of my friends was letting some girl learn clutch in his car and she hit a pole. She had to pay for the damages.

Don't make him pay for letting you drive his car.

By saying yes I want to drive it, you are taking responsibility.

Ok then besides the legal stuff of who has to pay for it, you should offer to pay for the damages and maybe he will even take the blame for it.

I wasn't aiming my your fault comment at you in particular just at the people who were like IT IS HIS FAULT FOR LETTING YOU DRIVE SO MAKE HIM PAY FOR EVERYTHING

How can you say that there would be nobody on a public road? and how would you stop to avoid them if there was going at such a speed with very limited vision (dark and cant see around corners)?
I have been in this situation with a very experienced legal driver hitting me head on down a windy road nobody else would be on and they died. the only good thing for me was it was 100% his fault. if he lived and i died he would have been banged up for it.

dont get me wrong im no saint and have drove illegally in the past and not proud of it but looking back it was a very stupid thing and i will never do it again.
