You'd own me at train sim -kri-!
Train sim is fairly easy though, it's not like you have to check things every few minutes - Plan your route etc.. And most of all, they don't need moving off the earth, which means you don't have to land them haha

On a plane you have to check the fuel is correct for the amount of time flown etc etc, talk to air traffic control..
In this order; Aviate, Navigate & Communicate.

AWS
Drivers Vigilence
Can't controll the doors
Drivers Reminder Applience
Isolate Safety Systems
Guard Buzzers
TPWS Over Ride etc
