The "Xbox 180" Is it fake or real?

I've heard of a special edition xbox modelled to look like a laptop and i've heard of this.
Any truth?

All this speculation ended 2 years ago, Microsoft have no plans to make a portable Xbox as the handheld market is already dominated by Nintendo DS and DS Lite.

how do you know that??? I wouldnt see the point in making another one for the eilte or something as you can just put a bigger hdd in an old one
