30 Seconds Bouncing On a Trampoline Is 1 Minute on the cycling Machine at the Gym, and Is alot More Fun. Trampolines can be bought quite cheap (I Bought a Good 16ft One From Ebay) Now but if you Can't Afford or Don't Have The Room your Local Sports Centre should Have a Club or Something. Jumping Is Good for your Leg Muscles And Seat Drops and Forward Flips are good for your Stomach Muscles. I still go to the gym but Think trampoline does me alot better!
