She bought a $50 million dollar house a few blocks from my house.

Some of my friends see her at restaurants and stuff.

Her cat just died and it was in the newspaper.

I have never watched her show.

To be honest, I appreciate it and I think all who can do it have real talent, but I find it boring, no offence!

I don't think Paul Potts was that good, at the end of the song he wasn't resonating enough and the music was drowning him out. I hate operas, they're rarely even good at acting.

I can see why people wouldn't like them, but I personally love operas. Just the sheer power of it is incredible in my opinion.

I was brought up around opera, my father was an organist, pianist and conductor at the Royal Opera House in London so about once a month I would spend the day watching the rehearsals so naturally I love it, my favourite opera (well it's more a cantata than an opera but meh) is Carmina Burana by Carl Orff.

    I agree ^^
The story told in many Operas can be quite emotional, and this is emphasised with the opera singer belting out at such extra-ordinary tunes.
