Is rather hurting... Any Ideas how to relive the pain?

No I don't have any painkillers so don't suggest that
I don't have any crappy over the counter ones either...

And don't say you should go see the doctor... I'm well ahead of you Ive made an appointment, this thread is purely about how can I relive the pain.

    Thanks +Rep for useful answers

Done some research, You CAN actually Break your Sternum. If you go to your Doctors, He/She will probaly arrange for an Xray.

I have tried to look up some exercises, but failed to find any that looked any good. I suggests taking painkillers Until you see the Doctor

ok, Well obviously you can break it, it's a bone. and How they hell can u exersise a bone? You exercise the muscles.

Your sternum is a bone, so obviously you have done somthing. maybe while playing sports? It will go just leave it
