like if you say to a friend/girlfriend or whatever "meet me in town outside hmv at 10am" for example and they say "sure, ok!" and you're there at 10am, and they don't turn up, so you're standing there like a lemon waiting for them when they're never actually gonna come.

my friend juliette told me she'd meet me at the bull in town, and she wasnt there. and i stood there for ageees.

Once I was walking with my mate to the shop (he was on his bike), we got to the shop and then my other mate phoned up the mate I was walking to the shop with saying to meet him, so my mate told me to wait at the shop while he 'picks up' my other mate and it would be faster on a bike, so I said okay.

1 hour later.. -ring ring- Sorry, I just had dinner and I can't go back out cos my mums making me tidy my bedroom...

My friend was surpose to meet me at town a few months ago and I waited like an hour ''/ until he finally rang me and told me he was in hospital because he fell down the stairs :X

Yeah that's what happened to me, my mum took me to the Leisure Centre and my friends and I had agreed to go swimming, then we had waited in the car for long enough and we went to my friend's house. Then he said he told his other friend that he wasn't going and that he thought his other friend had my number
