[*guide*] to buying pins a safe way

Hello and Welcome
Thought i might just add this guide to stop some scamming gonig on.
This is not my guide so i take no credit in it i have added a little extra and the pictures only.

This guide will show you a really easy and safe way to buy a pin, while still using an MM. You don't have to give the MM your password at all. He can't do anything to your account except apply the pin. this will also help when somone is buying a different country pin.

The guide works for internet explorer.

Right lets get started

*note, for IE it doesn't matter what country you pick, you still have to do the same thing.
Step one: The buyer of the Pin goes to www.Runescape.com and click subscribe or http://www.runescape.com/members/subscribe.ws Same thing.

Step two: Choose the country, PBP or SMS, and then log in.

Step three: once you are logged in and you see the page where you put the number in for the pin right click anywhere on a page (not a link or anything just a blank space) and click properties.

step four: Once you have click properties, locate where it says "Address (URL)" it should be the third one down. Make sure you copy the WHOLE URL.



Step five: Now give that link to the MM, and he/she will paste it into his/her browser and make you a member hopefully also if you buy a different country pin for the other people to apply for you if you cant.

As i have said this is not my guide all i have done is added a little bit extra and my own pictures to make it better

yer we do and make people make an application like on sythe

where u have to do like say for this forum

10 pins trades

but not many people sell acconut or do 12m+ deals so there no point for that

75% of ppl on this forum scam so most likely so would half the MM's.

So instead of 1 person getin scammed..
The MM would scam 2..

I think elkaa has enough to do.. Why go to all that hassle when almost all the time trusted pin sellers not hinting anything can sell them in like 1 min.

Just my opinion, mm idea is good mm for a pin trade no need :rolleyes:
