I got thw wilco Airbus version 2 and I found it so hard to activate any AP

speed hold yes localizor hold is for ap lining u up on approach i think, in an a320 keep your speed about 135 knots and flare 50 feet from touchdown

I use APP hold to line me up for approach :S

Also I think i forget to use speed breaks , what do they do?

oh right, i don't have the loc hold, so i fort the panel wud just say loc hold instead of app.

as soon as you touchdown you should press / which will activate the spoilers, you can also use them for slowing down in the air if you need them, they go up on the wing to increase drag, if you need more infromation go in wikipedia

Oh right are they how you activate the spoilers, I just press /, so if its auto it will do it as soon as you hit the ground?

well, it usually does it visually automatically but when u tocudhwon press / and you will slow down more faster

Also I was only slowing to 180, because I would think you would stall at 150, but I guess if you dont take speed hold off until touch down, you wont

you would never stall at 150, in real life airbus 319's take off at 100.

Well I think what im doing wrong is taking the speed hold off too early so I loose speed too quickly, I didnt know you keep it on right till you touch down

Whats an ideal approach/landing speed for the 737, I usually come in at 140-160kts and flare about 100 feet before landing.

Does Vatsim work with Flight Sim X
