They are only doing there job, even if they make a mistake we shouldn't flame them.

I have to agree with Saurav on this, there is a serious lack in the amount of work being done by moderator and super-moderators, so much so that it can sometimes appear that no work is being done at all, even a few months back it was bad, so much so that I felt it was pointless reporting posts that break the rules as nothing was done about it.

It's not only that you need new Moderators, you need to look over your current team. I am not trying to offend anyone but a lot of them are clearly performing pretty poorly so yeah...

I've even had one instance where a MOD is bullying a member xo
