The top tabs are awful. The bottom drop shadow is pretty much awful and the white text is hard to read on the desert coloured site.

IMO i think it looks quite good. The tab's shaddow is a bit messed up, but apart from that its quite good.

There's nothing wrong with look at templates for inspiration but thats a bit to much;
