Scammers rule

Tbh, i think NO! becuase people can acuse anyone of scamming. BUT if you have sufficiant proof, then you should be allowed.
I think we should have runescape forum MODS (not offical mods off corce) where they watch the trade.

But how can you make sufficient proof? Scamming normally happens between a prty and no one else knows what it is happening, or is there a public trade in the Runescape forum? Perhaps the idea you have about Mods may help, but there isn't really a way.

I am sure many many intelligent people have been scammed a lot of times.

I think we should have the right to warn the other Habbox users about scammers. Then maybe if a single user (or 2 but they have the same IP, it's a trick they use sometimes!) who's scammed has a large number (e.g. 5) of reports from other users then their name should go in a "Possible Scammers" thread on the Habbo/RS Trading section.

I was scammed by a guy who's name I'm obviously not allowed to say now but when I posted a PROOF VIDEO one of the Super Mod's infracted me. I was like What The Duce? ;d

It seems like the mods are actually sticking up for the scammers in scam situations.

That's why if you have proof that is real and you have more than 1 evidence or more than 1 person complaining you scammed them.. then why not?

I could name 1 scammer right now. So could many others...

If this was allowed, then that user may also change his or her ways and grow up and not scam. Make the forum a safer place without scammers.

I mean that someone could tell loads of people to say that someone scams for cash if they dislike the person.
