Right i am trying to get an old account back and got this email:

UKash/Clickandbuy or Credit card: please supply the email used for that purchase:Splash Plastic please supply the external reference number (found in your Splash Plastic account):
Any other information you think is important in this matter:

Then i gave them all details i could remember bla bla bla

got an email back saying:

Hi Habbo, Thank you for your email. Can you give us the CORRECT phone number used to buy the Habbo credits. Don't worry we are not going to call the number, we just need to check against your purchases.

So i emailed them the number again and he emailed me back saying:

Hi, We need the correct number used. Thanks,

ahhhh im getting annoyed i have told them like 3 numbers that i remember and i dont know my old old old old old number lmao! the habbo was made 3 years ago how am i meant to remember that far back!..

Happened to me but I said I dotn got number as we mvoed house as we did lol just awaitin an reply, actully probz got one now!

Well i sent an email with the number i had this morning and got reply at 1pm so ye... they r being quick!

I would ring them, they ask you about half of those questions, then they unban you and send you a pass. They are quite friendly on the phone.
