He has obviously done something behind the scenes to get himself sacked.. Gregg Abbot has been installed as caretaker manager for the time being.

What an absolute joke. After one game! As you said Jamie, something must have happened like because you can't "lose confidence" after one game.

He was an ok manager. Not as good as Simpson was, but finishing 8th in your first ever season as a manger ain't too shabby .

It's a bad thing, although he did make some odd decisions at times.. but it could turn out being a good thing once we find out what he has actually done to deserve being sacked

Rumours are, that it's something to do with the Garner transfer..
