It was doing well, and then I left and with nobody to yell at them staff started slacking, thinking I wouldn't get reports when I was back :8 I wasn't too pleased as the staff will tell you.

However the issue does still stand that desks are no longer that popular, and even as chill rooms they are rapidly losing popularity.

The one way we can populate the desk is by holding quizzes, however that is not a way to hold the guests, we can't hold a quiz every single day, and people would basically come only when it was quiz time.

The real issue we need to face is whether the Help Desk has the possibility to succeed, especially with limited target audience, and a severe lack of staff dedication, even on the part of trialists who are normally the most enthusiastic.

However, we are going to take one last stab at it, and I'm cooking up a plan for a large stab at it. I just need to get it from my mind to the computer screen and we'll see. If it goes through though, it'll be massive, concerning all of Habbox including the desk. But don't get too excited, it has to work out first
It costs nothing to be a good friend.

I've just recently noticed that the ClubHabbo help desk is still popular, if that can stay popular Habbox Help Desk should be able to do so aswell.

I think if the staff just come in more it will get popular, one staff member was online today and not in the Help Desk, I asked him what was going on with the desk and he flatly said it was dead.

I think the trialists would be excited though because of the regular staff they don't get the chance to experience a normal trial.

I hope it works; fast too. It's not fun being all alone in the desk .
