Indeed they are. MAD and I have been talking, we're thinking of making some very big changes

I've just recently noticed that the ClubHabbo help desk is still popular, if that can stay popular Habbox Help Desk should be able to do so aswell.
As Paul said, its more of a council, and there people go to hang out more, and there are often events etc held. (I think.)

I think if the staff just come in more it will get popular, one staff member was online today and not in the Help Desk, I asked him what was going on with the desk and he flatly said it was dead.
Staff are not required to spend 100% of online time in the desk. Believe it or not, staff do show up, and are greeted by an empty help desk, there is no demand.

I think the trialists would be excited though because of the regular staff they don't get the chance to experience a normal trial.
I hope it works; fast too. It's not fun being all alone in the desk .
Something like 15 trialists were hired. Something like 5 were spotted, and something like 3 attend normally. There's just no popularity in help desks anymore, even those who applied and attended interviews just weren't interested.

You know full well why you weren't chosen multiple times, but I won't publicly embarass you by spelling out the reasons.

Not 100% but at least a little of their time when prime hours are going on, a thread I believe in the staff forums tells staff how to get the desk popular.

I don't think that the recent trialists hired are right then. Why not give Ross a chance as he earned a trial he never received. I feel that the application I sent in was good, Bren said it was good. I think Nvrspk, that you dislike me and it costs me a trial.

You were friends with John until the day he was fired and you blocked him. I would think you had something to do with his termination though it came out of nowhere, one day you were fine the next he was fired. Please, correct me as I may be wrong though it looked like you had your hand in there somewhere..

And the two hours I was in there today mean nothing I suppose? Ask your brother he popped in but as soon as he saw me popped right back out

I've explained the Ross situation at *least* 10 times now. I'm not going over it again. Just search it in the HxHD forum. The reason you weren't hired is twofold. First of all you have a temper which cost you the job the first time. Secondly, I invited you to PM me as to what particularly in the application set me away from it. And you did, and I gave you the EXACT reasons why you were not picked. I can't remember all of them, but I do remember your application was far too technical and you didn't focus on the human side of things, that is interacting with the people and actually helping people. You basically sent me an essay on computers. Bren said he liked it because he is a friend, and above all he is much too loyal to be mean to his mates, I know that about him. John is your brother so he's not exactly going to say "Your app was horrible" is he, especially as he's a good brother and was trying hard as he could to keep you the first time (and I gave you several extra chances because of his hard lobbying, did you ever remember to thank him for that? )

You were friends with John until the day he was fired and you blocked him. I would think you had something to do with his termination though it came out of nowhere, one day you were fine the next he was fired. Please, correct me as I may be wrong though it looked like you had your hand in there somewhere..
I was friends with John until the day he was fired, because on the day he was fired he decided to scream, rant, and rave at me, and if a friend of mine decides that our friendship is no longer worth anything because he lost a job on a fansite, then I don't see the point in us being friends if he's so easily changed

How is it exactly right my good sir? Did I PM you your dismissal letter? I'd like to see the proof that the firing was entirely of my doing.

Lovely m'boy. Give it a few months and tell me how its doing. There's a fundamental difference between our positions and I won't disclose it yet, perhaps at a later date, but it does change things you would see.

And what have I done to you pray tell? The last time I spoke to you was when you said "I DON'T HAVE ANY INFRACTIONS ANYMORE!" and I responded "Yay you?" and you responded "YAY ME! " If you would care to explain how that particular exchange so triggered this reaction, I would be happy to respond, as right now I'm a bit befuddled as to what on earth is your issue with me

Believing all you hear isn't the way to go about life. Its great that you are so trusting in people, but its best to hear both sides before you make such a critical judgement like that
