To be honest I think your dumb for putting "sometimes" on the thread. "Always" was the word you where looking for. I went on to a clone and blocked up welcomers lounge and said suck my d*** lost_witness and mods and I got a warning then a 2 hour ban. But on my main account with 3t on it. They have no proof it was a scam site and it wasnt but straight away I get a perm. ban. Hmm tell me how they are "sometimes" stupid ? They are dumb 10 year olds who are just there to make everyone feel safer but really they do crap. Everyone knows it and why you think hbbo is dying down now from 15,000 ppl online to like 5,000 ? Because of these stupid bannings and that they dont do anything if you get scammed.

yesterday I was permed for apperantly asking for somone's password. I have absolutely no memory of this ever happening, and I think they've messed up here. I've appealed, so far they haven't replied to my second email.

Any advice on what to say/do etc to try and get it unbanned?

I appealed it they said we cant lift the ban now because it was a scam site. I messaged again saying check the site for yourself not a scam site. Sulake offices live 10 minutes away from my house. I am going over there and personally going to ask them to lift the ban lol

I've just replied to their email now explaining why I was banned. I've said I've not done it and asked them to provide a chat log of when I did and the date etc. I stressed that I thought it was an error and that I was innocent.
