There seems to be a flaw in your case, when you accept a pic on MSN it automatically saves it into the My Recieved Files folder, and you wouldn't have been able to seen the picture if he just sent it and you didn't accept it because the image is too small to see in the window.

Tbh yes I do believe User was scammed, not many people are pathetic enough to make stuff like that up, but I know James didn't do it. Jord seems to be making stuff up to land James in more crap.
