Well "The Front Page" is a place where all your findings about the current adventure stories and your speculation about what happened to helkats grandfather is posted.

It now has a massive white shockwave object in the middle?

Maybe an interactive newspaper is coming?! (i doubt it, staff don't put that much effort in)
