yeah, your all just going through puberty. its natrual in boys & does clear up & go away eventually. it feels like theres a lump you can move about in/under your nipple, that may be sensitive to touch. its perfectly normal and is nothing to worry about [:!

Sounds like a Gynecomastia.. 2 of my friends have had them. Both went to the doctors and they said everything was fine, and it's a common condition. If it was cancerous it is usually unlikely that the lump stays behind the nibble, and no changes occur on the skin.

There is a possibility that it is cancer, so it's best to go to the doctor as soon as possible and get it checked out.

This happens to most boys during puberty and the lump is a storage of fat which will go away in a few months. Search it if you don't belive me but, it is most likley this rather than cancer.

It may well be nearly impossible, but it's not impossible. No matter how small the risk of cancer, there is still a possibility that it is, as it can happen to anyone at any time. I think it's best to get it checked out because you will regret it if the possible cancer progresses into the next stage. The fact that there is discharge is also a worry.

i think it's best you tell your mom.
then maybe go to the doctor.
i'm not sure what the lump is.
    not sure.
but you need to check it out.
