I think i know the problem.
Your host "http://www.uploadz.co.uk/" is temporarly down. The reason why Rasputen can see it is becase his cache had already saved it before your host when on maintenance.

Thanks, and the host is fine, its actually saying, they are getting a laout, not their down, and thats been like that for about a week so its your browser that cant see it...
