I seen a video on youtube, and this dude was driving around in princess julianna in fs04 on a coach..

Is this just very experienced graphics editing or can you actually do it?

If so where, and is it free?

Yes you can

Same thing applies with installing them to aircraft, their are BMW's, coaches etc to install from these pages, work your way down, their is a vast selection =]

Yup. In exactly the same place where you select your aircraft asif you were going to do a flight. Just be careful, when I was using them I kinda went full speed so was flying in a double decker bus! !

Works fine. Click the blue bar, a pop up should come and says "DOWNLOAD FILE NOW"
