Use the stock pilot and stock company,
Buy the plane using Company Manager

Start at a gate and apply the parking break (Ctrl+.)

Start loading the passengers using the FsPassengers Submenu's (Alt)

Self Explanatory from there.

In the RAF they say Indigo, or at least they did when I went flying with Air Cadets...
