In addition to the posts above, "News" can also refer to anything that may affect or interest a reasonable amount of people.

For example, if a well known Habbo gets banned / hacked, or if a well known Guest Room gets trashed / closed or anything else like that, this counts as news because a reasonable amount of people may be interested.

The status of the Habbo or room is irrelevant - if they are well known then it can be posted about .

I'd count him as well known, certainly around Habbox.
