They are behind a cage so you won't get hit by them, there's also blue dragons there could train on them you may get visage.

I believe you do, I'll have to check up on it

EDIT: Nope you don't I just checked and they don't drop it... I'm sure I read it off Zybez saying they drop visage but I checked what they drop and they don't.

Don't even try steels, i don't know about irons but it takes a while for me with my rune cbow. Not trying to sound bigheaded but therefore it would take you ages.
