once you get to level 63 you can catch red chins which sell for like 700-750ea

i think you should re-phrase your question to with what skills can i make 1mil the quickest. And are you p2p? i would say woodcutting and fletching although hunter is good when you get past 63.

Fletching?! A whole ~50k per 1k bows? Fletching has poor profit potential compared to woodcutting, mining, fishing, runecrafting etc etc.

I would suggest runecrafting, anything from chaos upwards is profit, and nats rake in the money
