How long do you have your tie?

We're supposed to have four stripes showing on our ties, so I wear a nice medium three stripes, goes down to about third/fourth button on my shirt.

at my skool we had to have it at lest 7 black stripes long or we would get detention ''/ so most of the lads taken the mick by having as long as possible for it to go so then thay said we could wear it how we wanted but as long as its not very short
