Go to the toliet before you go to bed. I'm a deep sleeper and i used to have this problem. But so i don't have to wake up i just go to the toliet before going to bed Hope that helped and don't worry about it dude.

i used to have the same problem till i was about 9-10. my mum used to scold me when i wet my bed. however, i read an article on this a long time ago, and it is perfectly normal. quite a number of people used to have bladder problems when they were young. it's about having a weak bladder, i believe. however, since you're 13 and still have bladder problems, i think you should visit your doctor, just incase.

my mum used to tell me of simple precautions i should take though, but i'm sure you already know most of them:
- avoid drinking water 2 hours before sleep
- go and pee before going to bed
- make sure you don't feel too cold. when it's colder, you tend to want to pee more

and that's about all i remember. but what i also remembered was that it didn't work ALL the time, most of the time, it failed. but yeah, you should really just see a doctor if you're that worried. it could possibly be something else besides a weak bladder, you won't know till you get it checked.

don't worry, i went through the same thing, i had camp at school at that time but i was afraid i would wet my sleeping bag, but i didn't though. relax, don't think too much about it. good luck.

and people you can **** without drinking anything, because there's chemicals & **** that still have to come out.

bring a bin bag to the school trip and put it over urself, sleep naked and when u wake up put the binbag in the bin or drain into the shower.

you could try hiding the binbag in ur towel then going in the shower pretend to your mates the binbag is for dirty washing or somthing

Clearly try all the things suggested but if it's still happening when you go on your school trip, which hopefully it won't I suggest you take a full bottle of a strong smelling drink, Coke would probably be good.

Then when you wet the bed, get up and start drinking the coke, pretend to trip up and spill coke all over your bed. It'll cover up the smell and the wet with it's own wetness and smell. It's rly cheesy but I think it'd work, it's an excuse for more sheets too

I watched a programme ageeees ago about people wetting the bed, you should go to the doctor its some kind of problem, I am sure they stopped it on the programme.
