I can't really check this As I'm currently flying but see them buttons which say "Press", Well press them Also them ones which has a "Dial" (Turning thing lol) under them which are on "OFF" turn them to "AUTO"

I was just following the guide and it told me to leave the Hydraulic things off and the fuel pumps off.

Turn on all fuel XFEED (crossfeed) switches. Fuel crossfeeds distribute fuel between fuel tanks. Enabling the XFEED now ensures that if fuel is loaded into the aircraft on the ground that it can flow freely throughout the system. As your plane may be fairly full of fuel on departure, this also ensures that the XFEED switches remain on once the engines are started. The switches display horizontal lines when the XFEED is ON. The engine 2 and engine 3 XFEED switches have guards - right click if you need to open them.

Ensure all fuel pumps are OFF. There should be no ON indicators illuminated for any of the 16 fuel pumps.

Ensure that the Hydraulic DEMAND pump switches are set to OFF.

ooer Matt.. I have an old 2003/2002 HP Desktop, its not got huge ram but I dont use it.. It has osmething like 480mb or something.. You think I should use it for flight sim and have better optimisation and performance?

Depends on your full system specs. Like processor and Graphics card. Although I suggest 1GB of ram.
