Turn your AntiAliasing on in your GFX Control Panel. ATI Catalyst or nvidia CP.

I was just following the guide and it told me to leave the Hydraulic things off and the fuel pumps off.

Turn on all fuel XFEED (crossfeed) switches. Fuel crossfeeds distribute fuel between fuel tanks. Enabling the XFEED now ensures that if fuel is loaded into the aircraft on the ground that it can flow freely throughout the system. Depends on your full system specs. Like processor and Graphics card. Although I suggest 1GB of ram.
