perhaps students should apply for EMA and tick boxes of what they need it for.. so instead of getting cash they get a monthly bus pass.. or vouchers for school supplys sent to them? I don't know just a thought..

yep ema shud be giving out in vouchers, so that it restricts what people can buy. Im sure the bus company could sort out a way to accept vouchers? !

It's called a backdate mate. I should of got paid today but they had notices saying due to a problem with the systems EMA payments will be made next week.
